Carly’s Bridal & Accessories was started by Carly Dertien. Carly has been designing and custom making Bridal Gowns and Accessories for the past 25 years,and decided that she could bring in very reasonable, beautiful wedding gowns instead of making them.

She has continued to further refine her education with hands on training on bridal fashions since she first opened Carlys Bridal & Accessories in 2000. Carly has anticipated the need for affordable one of a kind bridal gowns which are new, or “once loved” as well as all the accessories to go with them.

Our boutique is located 10 Minutes outside of Victoria in Beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

Within our store you can find a great selection of Bridal Items or you can order new gowns from our designer catalogues, or from salon samples.

I stock a wide range of Bridal gowns, earrings, tiaras, jewelry, hand bags, purses, veils, just about everything you need to look fabulous on your wedding day.

I offer consignments for the resale of your dress . A great service for those brides who wish to share what made them look like princesses on their precious day.

If you have already purchased a gown from another bridal salon you can have your quality alterations done at Carlys Bridal. I will give you a estimate on the time and cost of the alterations.

I am dedicated to you, my customer. My shop is my passion and I want you to have a fun time while you are in my Boutique.

Ordering a wedding takes between 12 to 16 weeks from the order date. Carlys Bridal recieves a confirmation number for the delivery date and I pass that along to the bride. Then I start a file for the bride and any future information to do with the wedding day goes in to the file for her. The bride may need a reference to the accessories she has picked out or considered for her wedding day. The bride may also need to know what crinolines, if any are reserved for her day, and a bustle map for her bridesmaids to follow to put up her train for dancing at the reception. Of course the bridesmaids are available for the last fitting with the bride so they can be familiar with putting up the bustle.
